As a slightly fashion challenged individual, I have to ask about the rope belt. Is it designed to stay bunched up like that or is it just a rope?

Lamb Around-It is designed to stay bunched up like that in the middle. It is much cuter on. I saw it in the catalog and it gave it much more potential.
