Made of fabric and pompoms, this light weight bracelet measures 8 inches around.

Violet Brooch

Add a unique look to even the plainest of tops with this 6 inch brooch made of batik yo yos.

Hydrangea Necklace

This colorful creation is made of jersey and cotton yo yos. It measures 16 inches and is 6 inches in width.

Happy Monday everyone! This Monday I am excited because although I have to work today I will soon be on my way to Las Vegas. After being invited by friends I figured I would take them up on the offer and perhaps win the jackpot while there, or at least break even! :)

Weekend Recap

This weekend I spent time working, shopping and spending time with friends. I also found a little slice of heaven here in Houston. Sprinkles cupcakes recently opened a new location here and let me tell you that if you have never tried a Sprinkles cupcake you are really missing out! :) Thank goodness their location is a bit of a drive for me so that I do not go as often as I would like, which would be everyday!

I thought this little bird in the sunrise was very cheery for a Monday morning!

I hope you all had a great weekend! Mine was very nice, full of laughs and seeing old friends. I also got a reminder that you should never have regrets about decisions you make. Even if things don't work out as planned it may just open up new doors or at least be a learning experience.

The Funky Flowers Mirror is the same dimension as the one above. The contrast of the bright flowers against the brown makes for a very pretty creation.
