Ever since I first spied the Restoration Hardware Vintage Birdcage Chandelier's on the pages of Elle Decor I have been smitten with them.
After seeing them in person at the newest Houston location of the store, my desire for them has grown. They are even more gorgeous in person...like standing in the middle of the store mouth wide opened gawking without caring that the staff thinks you are a moron gorgeous!
Unfortunately the price tag is equally jaw dropping, but in the opposite way. But aaahhhh if there were no mortgage to think of these would so be mine. Though I would probably also need a larger house because I don't think my current foyer is grand enough for this beauty! ;)

They are really cool looking! Sounds like you may want to start searching antique stores and goodwill for birdcages and chandeliers to make your own. It would be a cool DIY project,...of course I know it would not be the same as the real thing. ;)
I just think, "How does one dust that thing?"
